About the Event

Take your paddling beyond the flatwater! This workshop is designed for intermediate paddlers who want to progress into sea environments or existing sea paddlers looking to sharpen their technique. While this is not a racing-specific session, it is aimed at performance-oriented paddling, making it perfect for those using SUP for fitness or specific training.


In this session, we will move beyond the basics and cover:

  • Condition Handling: Techniques for paddling effectively in choppy water.

  • Ocean Awareness: An introduction to tides and wind, and how they affect your session.

  • Board Control: Trimming your board for easier handling and better glide.

  • Technical Skills: Upwind and downwind techniques, plus stroke analysis.

    Includes a 2-hour coaching session. Max 8 participants for high-quality feedback. Note: Participants must provide their own equipment.
