Service Description
Take your first steps into downwind paddling with our Downwind Ready course. We will take you through the basics needed so you can start catching and riding bumps, along with how to move your feet and different paddle techniques. This course will also cover knowledge and safety including downwinding kit, forecasts, logistics and recommended safety equipment.
Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (30 days or more): Customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it 30 days or more before the scheduled event date. B. 50% Refund (14 days or more): A 50% refund will be provided to customers who request a refund between 14 and 29 days before the scheduled event date. C. Transfer to Another Event (Up to 7 days before): Customers have the option to transfer their registration to another event within our offerings if the request is made up to 7 days before the scheduled event date. No additional fees will be charged for this service. D. No Refund or Transfer (Within 7 days): No refunds or transfers will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the scheduled event date. Cancellation of Events: A. Cancellation by Haywood Sports Limited: In the rare event that Haywood Sports Limited cancels an event, customers will be notified promptly via email or phone. A full refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method used for the registration. Customers may also have the option to transfer their registration to another event. B. Force Majeure: If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), Haywood Sports Limited reserves the right to determine the refund or transfer options available to customers. How to Request a Refund or Transfer: To request a refund or transfer, please contact our customer service team at info@haywoodsports.com or call 07852 930063 during business hours. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for the refund or transfer request. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the refund request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your payment method and financial institution policies. Changes to the Refund Policy: Haywood Sports Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
