Our training offerings include weekly coach-led training sessions, season training plans, coaching plans and training packs, all to push your fitness so you can achieve your goals.

Regular weekly training session to push your paddling
Our weekly Sunday Morning Training sessions will push your paddling fitness, skills and confidence through high-intensity intervals, pace training and drills.
Each session will consist of a warm-up paddle, training plan and a cool-down within the two hours and will allow you to practise your paddling in groups to build your confidence in drafting and wash riding.
These training sessions will be held at and in partnership with Bray Lake Watersports in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
