Regular weekly training session to push your paddling
Our weekly Sunday Morning Training sessions will push your paddling fitness, skills and confidence through high-intensity intervals, pace training and drills.
Each session will consist of a warm-up paddle, training plan and a cool-down within the two hours, and will allow you to practise your paddling in groups to build your confidence in drafting and wash riding.
Through the winter our training sessions will be held at and in partnership at Bray Lake Watersports in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

No matter where you get the results you deserve with our weekly training session.
Each Friday the latest session plan will be uploaded. All you have to do is download the image, get yourself out on the water and follow the plan.
The session plan will be either be intervals or pace training with instructions on how to follow.
